Your Role
Mission:
Develop sales channels (dealers and rental companies) with the goal of increasing market share and sales volume forAtlas Copco small/medium portable compressors and hand toolproducts in the designated territory ofSacramento to Fresno and surrounding areas.Implement actions that result in sustainable, profitable growth that is in-line with overall company objectives and goals. This entrance into sales channels along with our world-class customer service are paramount in accomplishing the company goal of becoming "First in Mind - First in Choice".

Must be able to travel extensively throughout Sacramento, Fresno and surrounding area. Approximately 50% travel is expected, including some overnight travel.

Experience:
This is an entry level position. A minimum of one to two (1 - 2) years of related work experience in capital equipment sales is preferred.
Education:
A four (4) year, bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering will be beneficial with minimum of one (1) year of experience as described above, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

In accordance with California's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This position also offers a commission structure in addition to the base salary. The commission is based on sales targets and revenue generated with a goal to:
The potential commission range for this role is $15,000 - $30,000 per year. The exact commission will depend on individual performance and achievement of set goals.
